Our Shareholding Structure

Haliç Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. was established in 05.11.2004 in Istanbul and is currently operating  under the law No. 6361 on “Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies”.

Our shareholding structure is changed in 2016, our paid-in capital is raised to TL 20 Million and the related changes were published in the Trade Registry Gazette n. 9173 dated 11.10.2016.

Our shareholder Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) is a multilateral development financial institution, with an authorized capital of USD 4 Billion, established by Islamic Development Bank, 53 Islamic countries and 5 public financial institutions. Founded in 1999, ICD supports the economic development of its member countries through the provision of finance for private sector projects, promoting competition and entrepreneurship, providing advisory services to the governments and private companies and encouraging cross border investments. 

Ijara Management Company (IMC), is established in 2010 as a 100% subsidiary of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD). IMC provides advisory services to the ijara (leasing) companies established by ICD.  

Aktif Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. is the Turkey’s largest privately owned investment bank.
